Mediating changes in relationships is a career that I've been in all my life. People change jobs, friends, partners and circumstances all the time, but it can be scary and difficult without support and guidance.

I have extensive experience in solving workplace conflicts and business problems, having more than thirty years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, business consulting and managing small and family businesses.

I am registered as a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. My training was received at the Mediation Center, Hamline University School of Law. I am a trained mediator, not an attorney.

My attention to detail and professional motivation has gained a solid record of client satisfaction, problem identification and creative solutions.
